We’re planning a free trial when online signup opens (target: up to 5 guest photos per day with a watermark until you subscribe, with hashtags and social/QR on the TV on the full plan). Until then, try the demo and use Support for questions.
Do I have to pay in a separate step?
When self-serve signup opens, billing will be explained on the signup page—you won’t need a separate hidden checkout. For now, use Support if you need help with timing or a venue.
What equipment do I need?
Tablet: An iPad or Android-style tablet that runs a normal web browser, can fill the whole screen, and lets the browser use the camera. TV side: A TV that can show a full-screen browser, or a laptop connected to the TV with our slideshow page open. Good lighting near the tablet helps.
Can photos post to Facebook, Instagram, or X (Twitter) by themselves?
That’s optional and not required to use the booth. When we offer it, it will need you (or us) to connect your business accounts the same way other apps do—platforms don’t allow “drive-by” posting without that step. Ask support what’s available for your plan.
How do I change my logo, colors, and messages?
After you’re signed up, you’ll have a private settings page (we’ll send the link and how to log in). There you can upload your logo, set background and text, hashtags, and links for the TV slideshow. Save, then refresh the tablet page if it was already open.
What link do my guests use?
After your subscription is active, we send you a private guest link for the tablet and a separate slideshow link for the TV. We don’t publish venue URLs on the marketing site (so random people can’t guess them). Use the exact links we give you—bookmark them or share them only how you want (QR on a table tent, staff instructions, etc.).
How do I contact you?
Use our Support page. Tell us your venue name or the link you were given, and what you were trying to do.
Billing & receipts
Payment runs through PayPal. Your receipt and history are in your PayPal account.
How do I cancel?
See Billing & cancel for steps inside PayPal. After you cancel, your booth link may stop working—save any photos you care about first.
How do I keep random people off our booth link?
In settings, turn on a guest password for your booth and slideshow. Guests enter it once per visit on that device. That’s separate from your private staff login. Staff can clear the tablet session from settings when you’re done for the night.
The camera won’t turn on or the page looks wrong
Make sure you’re using the tablet’s regular browser (Safari on iPad, Chrome on many Android tablets). Allow the site to use the camera when it asks. If the address doesn’t start with https://, camera access may be blocked—use the exact link we give you.
